Yoga at Work

These classes focus on posture, relaxation, breath work and meditation. Classes are taught at your office either mornings, lunchtimes or evenings.

When you spend all day at work sitting at your computer this can have an adverse effect on your posture. Our sessions will focus on your hips area, lower back, shoulders and neck to help you improve posture.

​

In our sessions relaxation and focus on breathing work closely together and by practising these you will be able to manage stress more effectively.

​

In our sessions you will learn different meditation techniques which bring a number of difference benefits including improved focus and concentration.

​

There are three payment options for yoga at work classes:

  • company pays full fee

  • company and participants share the fee

  • participants pay fee individually (minimum 6 participants per session)
