Private classes

These are 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 classes. They classes are suitable if you want classes that are tailored exactly to your needs or have any health issues that would be better catered for in this context.

 

They will help if you want to build confidence before joining group yoga classes or if you already practise yoga and want to deepen your knowledge and develop your practice further.

Your sessions can include any of the following:

  • Asanas

  • Meditation

  • Breath work (Pranayama)

  • Deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

  • Hand and body gestures (Mudras)

  • Muscular locking (Bandahs)
